Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened Shalimar Perfume products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- The perfume must not have been used, sprayed, or tampered with.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
How to Request a Refund

- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
